🌟 The Junior Experience
One of the things our Junior campers love most is the space, freedom, and variety that each week brings.
Set on the wide-open grounds of the Milton Fairgrounds, campers have the opportunity to move, explore, and take part in activities that feel bigger, more active, and full of energy. Whether they’re playing team games, taking part in challenges, or enjoying outdoor adventures, there’s always something new to experience.
Each week features a unique theme that adds an extra layer of fun and creativity. While crafts, games, and challenges are inspired by the weekly theme, campers will still enjoy the full Camp Summer Blast experience, including sports/games, outdoor play, team activities, and classic camp favourites.
What makes this experience just right for our Junior campers is the balance of independence and support. Campers are encouraged to try new things, make choices, and build confidence, all within a structured and supportive environment.
Our counsellors are highly interactive and engaged throughout the day. They welcome campers, check in with them, join in games, and help create a positive group atmosphere where campers feel included, comfortable, and excited to be part of the experience.
No matter the theme, every week includes our signature highlights:
- 🔍 Summer Blast Amazing Race (Thursdays): Teams work together to solve clues, complete challenges, and race across the grounds to the finish
- 💦 Water Day (Fridays): High-energy water games and splash-filled fun (yes… counsellors included!)
From themed activities to outdoor games and team challenges, every week is designed to give campers variety, build confidence, and keep them coming back for more.
Please note: Baking Blast and Chef’s Blast have a $35 ingredient fee.
