Baking Blast
For our Junior and Intermediate Campers, we provide the opportunity to learn how to prepare and bake (or cook in the case of pancakes) tasty treats. From muffins to cookies and everything yummy, our bakers will leave the week with an appreciation for following recipes and learning something new! This year, we're happy to offer our Baking Blast twice; Week 3 (July 13 - 17) and Week 6 (August 4 - 7)!
Baking Blast
In these "two" delightfully delicious weeks of Camp, our Junior and Intermediate-aged campers will "rise" to the occasion as they engage in the fun and creativity of baking! Each day, in their age-specific groups, campers will learn simple baking skills and create tasty treats while exploring the magic of measuring, mixing, and decorating.
This year, due to popular demand, we have 2 Baking Weeks!
Week 3 (July 13 - 17) is our "Sweet Treats" edition with items like cookies, cupcakes and everything sweet.
Week 6 (August 4 - 7) is our "Baking Lab Edition" with items like pizza, "The Science of Baking" and edible experiments.
Note: In addition to baking, the week will be filled with exciting indoor and outdoor activities, from games and crafts to nature walks and team challenges. Our campers enrolled in Baking Blast partake in ALL the same activities as our Traditional Blast, with the added bonus of some sweet treats!
In addition to baking, campers will also be 'treated' to special highlights and theme days, will participate in STEAM activities and challenges, sports, outdoor games and crafts. Campers will also take part in our weekly favourites, the Summer Blast Amazing Race on Thursday, where teams work together to complete challenges, solve clues, and race to the finish! And of course, each Friday is Water Day where camper have splash-tastic fun and water games where they love soaking their counsellors!
*Junior campers must be entering Grade 3 or 4 in September
*Intermediate campers must be entering Grade 5 - 7 in September

*A $28 fee will be added for ingredients
Camp Hours: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
*Daily Drop-off is from 9:00 - 9:15 am
Extended care available (Optional)
(Morning 8:00 - 9:00 am $40 for the week) and
(Afternoon 4:00 - 5:00 pm $40 for the week)
*$32 each August 4 - 7
Pizza Fridays (Optional)
