Intermediate Camp

Our Intermediate Milton Summer Camp is for campers entering Grades 5 to 7 in September. We have an action-packed agenda for our Intermediate Campers that includes arts, crafts, sports games, our “Summer Blast Amazing Race”, water fun, and so much more! We are excited to announce that our 2026 Milton Summer Camp will be returning to The Milton Fairgrounds!

Intermediate Camps

Cost for one week is $350
*Baking and Chef's Blast weeks add $35 for ingredients

*Must be entering Grade 5 to 7 in September

Camp Hours: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm

Extended care available (Optional)
(Morning 8:00 - 9:00 am $40 for the week) and
(Afternoon 4:00 - 5:00 pm $40 for the week)

Fridays are Pizza Day (Optional)
Campers may choose from Cheese or Peperoni Pizza
(Slices $2.00 each)

Milton Ontario Summer Camp for Grades 4, 5, 6, and 7

Theme Weeks 2026

Last summer, we introduced special theme weeks for our Junior and intermediate campers. During each week, the crafts, games and activities were tailored around the theme of the week, adding fun and excitement for our campers! Regardless of the theme, campers participate in ALL the same activities we always offer, with the added bonus of theme-inspired activities woven throughout the week. Campers will still enjoy the full Camp Summer Blast experience with sports, outdoor play, games, crafts, challenges, and classic camp fun. For example, during Space Blast we'll have space-themed activities. Campers will also take part in our weekly favourites, the Summer Blast Amazing Race on Thursday, where teams work together to complete challenges, solve clues, and race to the finish! And of course, each Friday is Water Day where camper have splash-tastic fun and water games where they love soaking their counsellors!

Note: for our Baking Blast and Chef's Blast there is an extra $35 fee added for ingredients.

Our Amazing Race!

Town Of Milton Summer Camps - Camp Summer Blast - Grades 4, 5 and 6
 

Get ready for an epic adventure when our Intermediate Campers partake in the SUMMER BLAST AMAZING RACE.  Campers are teamed up with their counselor in a battle for weekly bragging rights and the coveted Summer Blast camp trophy!  Each team will participate in a number of entertaining, silly, laughable, and of course fun, challenges that require teamwork and (some) skill.  

Teams are also encouraged to pick a team name and theme prior to the big day and dress up to add to the fun!

The Big Old Tree

Our summer camp location at the Milton Fairgrounds boasts lots of places to keep out of the sun... like The BIG OLD TREE!

One of the favourite spots at camp is under the BIG OLD TREE! Camp lore holds that this tree was planted by Jasper Martin himself after the fairgrounds first opened more than 150 years ago.  While this fact may be disputed, and the actual age of the tree is unknown, it's great place to sit and keep out of the hot summer sun. We also have a giant sand box that kids love while keeping out of the sun!

The Milton Fairgrounds is an incredible location where our campers are able to enjoy the outdoors while also having access to lots of shade, our covered indoor space, and plenty to do.  Thus, rain or shine our campers will remain comfortable!
